For Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD)

Women with PCOS are more prone to weight gain, pelvic pain, acne, depression, and irregular menstrual cycles. In some cases, women with PCOD may even have difficulty conceiving. But with proper treatment, diet, and exercise, PCOD can be cured. It is possible to rely on the pulp of Aloe Vera with a capsule of the manjistha plant (Rubia cordifolia). This helps to purify the blood and gradually restore the health of the uterus, providing regular and healthy menstruation.
For menorrhagia (Heavy Bleeding)
Menorrhagia is defined as regular menstrual periods, but the amount and duration are heavy. It is one of the most common problems in women. Some women also report heavy bleeding for 6-7 days during their period, leading to weakness and other health problems. According to Vaidya Pravin Hirpara, Niranjan phal (Chinese fruit) is the most effective remedy for menorrhagia. You can soak Niranjan Phal in water for 1.5 to 2 hours until the fruit swells to the size of a lemon. Crush the juice, add sugar and drink, this helps control menstrual blood effectively.
For foul menstrual blood odour
Many women find their period unpleasant during and after their period. You can experience this condition despite maintaining good hygiene. Normal vaginal discharge has no odour. Menstrual odour is not normal, so it should be taken as a serious problem. It can be the result of an infection of the vagina or cervix. This foul odour is called aartdushti in Ayurveda and can be treated with Manjusha which helps to purify the blood.
