आयुर्वेद क्या है?

आयुर्वेद हमारी समृद्ध गौरवशाली विरासत है यह एक प्राचीन चिकित्सा विज्ञान है। आयुर्वेद को 5000 वर्ष पुराना माना जाता है। आयुर्वेद को बनाने वाले दो शब्द हैं ‘आयुष‘ जिसका अर्थ है जीवन और ‘वेद‘ का अर्थ है विज्ञान जिसका अर्थ अनिवार्य रूप से ‘जीवन के लिए विज्ञान‘ है।

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is our rich glorious heritage it is an ancient medical science.  Ayurveda is believed to be a 5000 year old. The two words that make Ayurveda are ‘Ayush’ that means life and ‘Ved’ that means science that essentially means the ‘Science for life’.
